Friday 14th May

This morning Mrs Kielblock  installed some of the latest artwork from the 8th Grade.  I feel so lucky being able to walk by such beautiful art each day.  These portraits in particular feel special because they are of our 8th Grade students who are about to graduate to High School.  Some of the 8th Grade students have been with the school since Kindergarten and have therefore quite literally grown up within these walls.  Are they ready for High School?  You betcha!

The art produced by our 6th, 7th and 8th Grade is part of the schools advanced art program.  This type of art program is usually taught in 9th Grade in Waldorf High Schools.
