Mt Airy Day—May 1st, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. At 6400 Germantown Avenue on the grounds of Cliveden of the National Trust, a historic mansion (www.mtairyday.org). This annual celebration of the unique community that is Mt. Airy offers plenty of fun, food, music and culture for children and adults alike. Our Parents’ Association will have the jump rope making machine on hand, and the Admissions Office will also be there to tell festival-goers about our wonderful school. May Faire—May 8th, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Our annual May Faire event is just days away! Join in the celebration on May 8th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on the big field. There will be Maypole dancing, garland making, face painting and more. Enjoy an afternoon with your friends out in the sunshine. Bring your own picnic or enjoy some food at the fundraising table. The beautiful color wheel quilt made by the amazing Anna Ziegner, will also be raffled! Volunteer opportunities still exist. Please see sign up sheets on the bulletin boards just inside the building entrances.
Spring and Summer Clothing Exchange— May 15th, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Come find treasures for your children of all ages among the gently used spring and summer clothing donated by parents . This is a free event. Clothing donations will be accepted between May 10 -14. Please drop off clothing on the bridge on the 3rd floor. Questions? Contact Eniko via email at email@example.com.
