Saturday 17th April
WSP Parents are invited to Spring Refreshment Night on Monday evening, April 19th. Snacks and refreshments will be available at 7 p.m., and the program begins at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium on the third floor.
Singing together, working together, playing a game, and learning together are some of the activities that shape our students’ school days and foster a sense of connectedness, no matter which grade a student is in. Now it’s our families’ turns to experience first-hand what Waldorf Education is about. Spring Refreshment Night seeks to help you to refresh and renew your understanding of why we do what we do; empower yourself with information about Rudolph Steiner’s philosophy and how it guides the Waldorf approach; experience our faculty’s passion for teaching as they lead mini lessons in math, language arts, Games, and Eurythmy. Not sure what Eurythmy is? Now is the time to find out! Spring Refreshment Night aims to foster understanding and collaboration between teachers, parents, and administrators, and to further build our school community beyond our children’s classrooms. Come out and make new connections or rekindle existing ones after the long, cold winter months. Enjoy a breath of spring and appreciate our school in one experiential, snack-filled night!
Spring Refreshment Night is brought to you by the parent members of the Social Inclusion Coordinating Group: Bud Zehmer, Debra Basso, Siobhan Hayes, and Conny Sterner.
